Kim grew up in the business helping her mother with the bookkeeping. In 1979 Kim took over the bookkeeping responsibilities and has been in charge of it ever since. Kim enjoys riding Arctic Cat snowmobiles, mowing the lawn with Gravely tractors and trimming the hard to mow areas with Stihl brushcutters. Kim also took on managing the parts department and finds it easy to look up parts since she has grown up using the equipment and hung around helping her father while he was repairing equipment.

Name Clifton Kramer
Title VICE PRESIDENT
Cliff grew up in the business helping his father. At first he mowed the lawn with a Gravely tractor then helped out setting up and repairing the equipment that was sold at Kramer's. When he graduated he decided he wanted to do on the road sales and visit the farmers that were already purchasing equipment from us to figure out what they needed and how we might be able to help them out along with growing the business by going to visit new farmers who weren't already coming to us. He also loved Arctic Cat snowmobiles and would go out to race his friends after work to prove to them that Arctic Cats were the best. Now Cliff just enjoys going out on his Arctic Cat snowmobiles and ATV's for enjoyment and relaxation when he gets the chance. He also uses the New Holland tractors and haying equipment to put up thousands of bales of hay each summer on his grandparents farm land and land that the neighbors want to keep in fields. He finds that by using the products that he sells he knows exactly what he is working with and can help his customers more efficiently and effectively. A lot of times he can answer a customers question over the phone and help them get back up and running with very little down time. Cliff puts in long hours and believes that customer service is the name of the game.

Title VICE PRESIDENT
Eric grew up in the business helping his father on his grandparents farm. At that time Kramer's sold White tractors and New Idea farm equipment and Eric spent many hours working that equipment. Eric also ended up with the job of mowing the lawn with the Gravely tractors and rode Arctic Cat snowmobiles from the time he was a toddler. One Kitty Cat snowmobile got many, many miles on it being ridden around the house and business, until he grew into a full size snowmobile. After gradution Eric went to work in the woods using the Stihl Chainsaws. He enjoyed doing this for a few years until his help was needed in the business. By now Cliff's efforts to grow the business were working. Eric took on the resposibility of managing the service department. He also continued to spend his summers, after work, in the hay fields using the New Holland tractors and equipment to put up thousands of bales of hay along with his father and brother.
